Welcome to my photographic life…
My photographic journey began more than 40 years ago when my dad bought me my first camera …… a Kodak 110 Instamatic. That summer I won an award at our local fair for a photo of a black swan I took while on vacation. I was hooked and my camera became my 5th appendage.
Primarily self-taught, I decided to gain some formal training in 2011 by achieving a Certificate in Photography from Mount Royal University in Calgary. With my photography, I have enjoyed the life-long learning aspect. There is always something to improve on or learn.
After many years of serving others with my family and sports photography, I am now sharing my fine art photography with the world. With this venture, I want to share my experiences with you through this blog.
